About Us:
This site is owned and operated by Little Sister's Book & Art Emporium,
Vancouver, Canada. In business for 26 years (+), we're located in the heart of
Vancouver's West End. If you are in town or planning a trip to Vancouver - drop

Customer Appreciation:
We appreciate your business! - We offer competitive prices, free shipping on
orders over $75.00, a 10% discount on your second order ($50.00 min), and a 5%
discount for all newsletter subscribers, on all subsequent orders. And, well, we
know our stuff. We've been in business for 26 years, our staff is friendly and
knowledgeable.
Newsletter:
We offer specials, updates, site and store news via our newsletter. We guarantee
we'll email you with our newsletter no more than 4 times a year! We offer a 5%
discount on all orders, including sale items, for newsletter subscribers. Each
of our three e-commerce sites maintains a separate newsletter. (you must join
each if you want updates related to all three sites)
Minimum Purchase:
A minimum order of $5.00 is required. If your order does not total $5.00 (combined item
price) there is a modest $2.00 additional handling fee.
Shipping:
When ordering light items only (such as stickers) we offer a min. charge of
$3.00 (for items that can be shipped in a standard envelope)
Login (or select My Account) for details on when your order was shipped and the
expected delivery date. All shipments are discreetly packaged in plain brown
wrapping paper. Our name does not appear on the shipping label, and we are
always aware of being discreet. Parcels are shipped via Canada Post - Expedited
Delivery. We ship Monday through Thursday. For other options use the comment box
on check-out. Most orders in Canada are received within 3 to 5 business days of
being picked up by Canada Post. International orders may take up to 14 business
days.
Weight:
The displayed weight under each product description is the calculated shipping
weight, not the weight of the item displayed.
Stock Level:
The stock level shown per item may not reflect actual stock or our ability to
quickly obtain more stock to fill your order. We do our best to keep this as
accurate as possible. Items back ordered will be shipped as soon as possible,
most often within 2 additional weeks. As a rule we do not charge shipping
charges on back-ordered items. We will contact you by email should a charge be
required.
Foreign Orders:
All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars. Your final credit card
charge may differ from that shown on-line or on your receipt. This is due to the
currency conversion done by your bank when the charge is applied to your credit
card.
Security:
We use the Zen Cart e-commerce programming for our online stores. Zen Cart is
the leader in e-commerce solutions providing safe, secure transactions for
literally 10's of thousands of online stores. We do not store or maintain your
credit card information. We also provide options for payment by PayPal, phone,
cheque or money order, or walk in.
Returns:
Returns are accepted only on items that arrive damaged or if we ship you the
wrong item. Please contact us by email or phone immediately if your parcel
arrives damaged. Returns on other items are accepted only within 30 days of
purchase, on an individual basis – a credit will be applied to your account, or
a redemption code issued. Sorry, no cash refunds.
